Pet Ownership in Faribault MN - Prairie's Edge

Kathy from Prairie's Edge Humane Society, Inc. talked with our group about educational seminars that they do in Faribault, MN to teach people about the responsibility of pet ownership.  Let's face it, puppies are so cute.  Yet, they do grow.  Kathy and her team talk about what you can expect and what it really means to have a pet.  To schedule a consultation, contact her today.  Or, if your group is interested in a presentation, ask her if one is available.  Tell her Holly sent you.Available Animals image

Walk photoIt’s that time of year again! Time for the annual Walk for the Animals to raise funds for the animals at Prairie’s Edge Humane Society.  This is our 26th year for the walk.  This year’s walk will be held on Saturday, May 4th at Shager Park west of Faribault on Hwy 60 along Cannon Lake.  We will be walking the bike path along the lake.  Come join the fun, bring your friendly, leashed pet and the whole family for a fun morning walk.  There will be prizes for the top fundraisers, t-shirts for anyone who raises at least $50 (while supplies last), snacks for the walkers, pet goodie bags and vendors.

You can almost hear it, right?  The splash of the pool, the laughter?   Pat from AAA Mechanical Services is already working with home owners to get their pools open.  Pumps get primed, things get checked so that when the Minnesota weather changes, you'll be ready to make a splash.   You can call Pat at 332-9961.

You may also want to:

1)  Check your skimmer and other equipment to see if it needs replacing
2)  Make sure you have goggles to fit all the family members
3)  Drag out the water toys and give them a good cleaning
4)  Make sure you have a first aid kit stored pool side for any needs

Some simple planning and tips can make a huge difference!

Chiropractic - Natural Health

Chiropractic is a safe, effective, and natural way to achieve and maintain optimum health. It is a scientific approach to health based on 3 truths:
  1. The key to our ability to heal and regulate health is our inborn intelligence.
  2. This inborn intelligence flows throughout your body by way of the nervous system.
  3. Therefore if anything interferes with the nervous system it will disrupt your ability to heal and regulate
Chiropractic adjustments remove interference to the nervous system and restore health from the inside.
